Dance Life NYC Return & Exchange Policy:

Dance Wear (Not custom made) 

  • 100% refund - If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery.
  • We offer a 30-days Return & Refunds Policy, since the day item was received.

Costumes and Exclusive Design

All personalized items are non refundable.

Simple Return 2 Steps: 

  1. Please kindly make sure the items must be
  • a. Unwashed 
  • b. Undamaged
  • c. Have the original tags attached 
  • d. The original packaging.

     2. Please email to service@dancelifenyc.com  with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.

Important Note: Dance Life NYC will provide you with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.

  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items, as well as  a $5 additional charge for any dress bag and packaging fee.
  • When the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email in 72 hours, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • When the  refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
